Return Policy for Complete Grow

At Complete Grow, we strive to ensure that every product meets your expectations. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent return and exchange policy. 1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, in the original condition, and in their original packaging. Products that show signs of use or damage will not be accepted.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Ensure that the product is securely packaged in its original condition.
  3. If the return is accepted, you will receive a return authorization and the return shipping address.
  4. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or an error occurred on our part.
  5. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. Complete Grow is not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.

3. Sale Items and Non-returnable Products

Sale items, promotional items, or items marked as “final sale” are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please check the product page or your order confirmation for any exclusions.

Additionally, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom or special-order products
  • Perishable goods, such as fertilizers or plant-based products that have been opened or used
  • Gift cards and vouchers
  • Items that are not in their original packaging

4. Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped by Complete Grow. In such cases, Complete Grow will cover the return shipping costs.

To ensure the safe return of your item, we recommend that you use a shipping service that provides tracking information. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 1-10 business days.

Please note that it may take some time for the refund to appear in your bank account depending on your payment provider.

6. Exchanges

Yes, we accept exchanges for defective and non-defective products within the return window. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at support@completegrow.com.au and specify the new product you would like to receive.

7. Non-returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items that are clearly marked as non-returnable (e.g., sale or final clearance items)
  • Opened or used fertilizers, chemicals, or similar products
