Product Use & Safety

Our fertilisers are made from natural, high-purity mineral ingredients. They are not for human or animal consumption. Use only as directed on the label. Store in a cool, dry place away from children and pets. Use gloves and eye protection when handling concentrated products.

Orders & Payment

All prices are in AUD and include GST. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. We accept major credit cards and secure online payments. If there is a stock issue or pricing error, we may cancel or contact you to adjust your order.

Shipping & Returns

We ship Australia-wide. Delivery times vary by location. Faulty, damaged or misdescribed products are eligible for return under Australian Consumer Law. For change-of-mind returns, items must be unopened and returned within 14 days. Return shipping is at the buyer’s cost unless the product is defective.
